Our brand new 10-week programme kicks off on Monday 15th September!
Meet in the Community Living Area at 5:50pm for registration
We set off at 6pm prompt
Whether youβre taking your very first steps into running or just looking for a friendly group to keep you motivated, this is the perfect way to start.
Build your stamina gradually with guidance and encouragement
Prefer walking? Join the supportive ladies who walk the course with us
