“I am a student nurse and recently completed a placement here within the SWAN Primary Care Network,

I cannot thank you all enough for your warm welcome, all the nurses, the FCPs, care coordinators, GPs, GP assistants, HCA’s, NA’s, the community link workers, the admin team, especially Holly for facilitating me such a wide variety of learning experiences, the receptionists and anyone else I’ve forgot to mention, this placement helped me learn so much.

I would highly recommend this placement to any students or to any potential patients, I would say your 100% in the best hands with this amazing lot. Also to Mohan Kumar and Louise who gave me such an insightful learning experience and provided me with extra learning materials and resources.
