PCN ‘Patient Participation Group

𝙒𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙙 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙝𝙚𝙡𝙥

We are seeking volunteers to join our PCN ‘Patient Participation Group’ also known as PPG to be the voice for all our 36,000 patients

The PPG are vital friends to the practice (You must be a patient at one of our 7 GP practices to join)

It doesn’t matter if you are not a frequent visitor to your practice or you feel you cannot offer anything. Everyone can offer something and we encourage anyone to join!
