Our Staff Wellbeing is important to us so we have been taking part in some lunch time Pilates & mindfulness sessions with Charlotte (First Contact Practitioner) and Belinda (Trainee Associate Psychological Practitioner) every Wednesday. Pilates promotes mobility and strength of all major muscle groups in the body & Mindfulness practice can potentially help people manage stress, cope better with serious illness and reduce anxiety and depression
